Mr. Banner, the founder of Banner, Briley & White, L.L.P., is one of the most well-known and respected attorneys in the North Texas area. He primarily practices personal injury law, civil trial law, domestic relations law, and oil and gas litigation. Mr. Banner is admitted to the Texas State Bar (1952), U.S. District Court, Northern, Southern, Eastern and Western Districts of Texas (1953), U.S. District Court Western District of Oklahoma (1953), U.S. Court of Appeals, 5th, 9th, 10th, and 11th Circuits (1953), U.S. District Court Eastern Division of Oklahoma (1963), U.S. Supreme Court (1963), and U.S. Court of Claims (1963).

Mr. Banner earned his Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Texas in 1949. He received his Law Degree from the University of Texas in 1952. He is a member of the Texas Bar Foundation, having served as Director from 1969 to 1970 and Chairman in 1971. He is also a member of the Wichita County Bar Association (Director, 1960-1964; President, 1964-1965), State Bar of Texas, and American Bar Associations. In addition to those professional organizations, Mr... Banner is also a member of American Board of Trial Advocates, Texas Trial Lawyers Association (Director, 1958-1971; President, 1973-1974), Association of Trial Lawyers of America, New York State Trial Lawyers Association, and American Society of Law and Medicine. Mr. Briley, a partner in Banner, Briley & White, L.L.P., focuses his practice in the areas of personal injury law, civil trial law, domestic relations law, and probate litigation. Mr.. Briley is admitted to the Texas State Bar (1978), U.S. District Court, Western District of Texas (1978) and U.S. District Court, Northern District of Texas (1981).

Mr. Briley received his Bachelor of Arts Degree from Northwestern State University of Louisiana in 1975, his Doctor of Jurisprudence Degree from University of Texas in 1978, and his Master of Arts Degree from Midwestern State University in 1996. Mr. Briley is a member of the Wichita County Bar Association, State Bar of Texas, Association of Trial Lawyers of America, Texas Trial Lawyers Association, and Texas Bar Foundation (life member).

Mr. White, a partner in Banner, Briley & White, L.L.P., primarily practices personal injury law, medical negligence, and nursing home litigation. He is admitted to the Texas State Bar (1981), U.S. District Court, Northern District of Texas (1982), and U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Texas (1991).

Mr. White earned his Bachelor of Arts Degree from Midwestern State University in 1978 and his Doctor of Jurisprudence Degree from Texas Tech University in 1981. Before joining Banner, Briley & White, L.L.P., Mr.. White served as Assistant District Attorney (1982-1983) and District Attorney (1983) for the 30th Judicial District of Texas. Mr. White is a member of the Wichita County Bar Association, the Tarrant County Bar Association, State Bar of Texas, Association of Trial Lawyers of America, Texas Trial Lawyers Association, Texas Bar Foundation (life member). Mr. White has been named a Superlawyer in Texas by Texas Monthly .
