Mr. White, a partner in Banner, Briley & White, primarily practices personal injury law, medical negligence, and nursing home litigation. He is admitted to the Texas State Bar (1981), U.S. District Court, Northern District of Texas (1982), and U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Texas (1991).
Mr. White earned his Bachelor of Arts Degree from Midwestern State University in 1978 and his Doctor of Jurisprudence Degree from Texas Tech University in 1981. Before joining Banner, Briley & White, Mr. White served as Assistant District Attorney (1982-1983) and District Attorney (1983) for the 30th Judicial District of Texas.
