Jack G. Banner
Jack Banner, a veteran of the United States Army, received his BA and JD degrees from the University of Texas. He began his practice in Wichita Falls in 1953 where be became a preeminent attorney in the north Texas area. During his law career, Banner tried to a jury verdict or a trial court decision, approximately six hundred contested cases. He was the principal attorney on eighty four cases in appeals to all Courts of Appeals. Mr. Banner was selected to be listed in "Best Lawyers in America" for 15 consecutive years and as a Texas Monthly Superlawyer.
Mr. Banner retired in 2003 and passed from this life on November 30, 2005. We are proud to have been associated with such a fine lawyer.
