Harold White

Mr. White, a partner in Banner, Briley & White, primarily practices personal injury law, medical negligence, and nursing home litigation. He is admitted to the Texas State Bar (1981), U.S. District Court, Northern District of Texas (1982), and U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Texas (1991).

Mr. White earned his Bachelor of Arts Degree from Midwestern State University in 1978 and his Doctor of Jurisprudence Degree from Texas Tech University in 1981. Before joining Banner, Briley & White, Mr. White served as Assistant District Attorney (1982-1983) and District Attorney (1983) for the 30th Judicial District of Texas. Mr. White is a member of the Wichita County Bar Association, the Tarrant County Bar Association, State Bar of Texas, American Association for Justice, Texas Trial Lawyers Association, Texas Bar Foundation (life member). Mr. White has been named a Superlawyer in Texas by Texas Monthly.

Mr. White is board certified in Personal Injury Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.
